Our Story
CIL Hotel Turnaround Services was born from a simple observation: Nigeria's hospitality industry is filled with potential, yet too many hotels are underperforming. Beautiful properties with prime locations were struggling due to poor management, deferred maintenance, and lack of professional systems.
As a division of Collaborative Investment Ltd (CIL), we saw an opportunity. With our parent company's expertise in business development, investment management, and operations across multiple sectors — including construction, solar, furniture, and property management — we realized we had the perfect toolkit to revive hotels.
Today, we've turned around over 15 hotels across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt. We've increased occupancy rates from below 40% to over 85%, boosted revenue by an average of 3x, and created hundreds of jobs. But more importantly, we've restored the pride of hotel owners who thought their dreams were lost.
